My wife and I arrived in lyon. we decided to start a coffee. when we entered, we were warmly welcomed by brian, the owner, who turned out to be Irish. he made g... read more My wife and I arrived in lyon. we decided to start a coffee. when we entered, we were warmly welcomed by brian, the owner, who turned out to be Irish. he made great recommendations on their menu. the hamburger was excellent. good. expensive and full. no space for dessert. we left the restaurant to explore on a mission. avoid all tourist traps and had a great experience.

I had an Italian salad with really... read more What a great sound! we loved everything about this restaurant. the owner is Irish and so friendly and the food was delicious. I had an Italian salad with really good parma ham and my man had the often roasted paprika and aubergine with. we then had crème brûlée, which was divine. we could say everything 'home cooked', especially the crème brûlé, which is difficult to do, but le rambaut is successful. we're coming back!
