Excellent dishes I've known this restaurant for ten years. Great amateur of Japanese cuisine, having tested many restaurants in many cities, I can tell you that this one is by far the best! For me, the refinement of dishes and flavors is more of the order of the catererer than jap signs that one sees bloom to every corner of the street and that surf on a fashion. I hadn't visited the Red Pavilion for qq years and visited it last week. How enchanting to find this level of quality. C is sure, we are not on a sign serving marketing instead of authenticity and know-how. Far from the Sushi Shop, Sushi Planet and other " fast food asian industrial", the PAVOT ROUGE is a unique, family-friendly address for those who want a veritable culinary experience.
For me, certainly the best Asian restaurant in the 6th arrondissement if it's from Lyon for who is a sushi lover and other Japanese/Chinese dishes. An absolute chiller since everything is prepared on demand and does not grow in a shop window as can be seen often in other establishments. The owners are very friendly and there is no sense of humor: Madam in the kitchen, what a talent! Also recommended to take away or in delivery when taking off the couch is too difficult. The reference is, we're going with our eyes closed and we're out of mouth. Long live Red Pavot
Excellent restaurant with Asian cuisine including Japanese (sushi, maki, goyza, ramen, udon, etc.). Everything was good in my meal: the sushi/makis were more than tender, the sweet and well seasoned miso soup and the cabbage intake was not too acid, not too sweet. Everything was a treat. The welcome was also excellent
