Was Hajar Ksikes at La Bijouterie a mag?
One of the best culinary experiences I’ve had. A little gem, a little bijou. The deconstructed lemon tart with *tarragon* !!! was out of this world. But every savoury dish made us travel to new flavours and fusions. View all feedback.

What হাসিন শিকদার dislikes about La Bijouterie:
My opinion is mixed, we spent a pleasant moment however, I have heard so much about the jewellery before their work that I had only one haste, it was to test. But I'm not convinced. I think there are better restaurants in London for less. prices are expensive, dishes are worked, but lack of peps or seasoning to my taste. Moreover we had the chords, the server only served us with bottle funds that wasn't even a real g... View all feedback.

We loved our lunch! I've learned things and discovered names, dishes, flavors on every dish. all the menu for 60€, portions to share, each dress chiadé, all the impeccable seasonings, no cooking mistakes, it was admirable technically. 1 star less because the drinks were under the dishes. We asked for wine, the sommelier did not ask us our tastes, he bought it when we asked him for his opinion between two wines. and then it was not necessarily our taste. a simple chance to correct in any case, and the kitchen is irreproachable! we will do it again as soon as we return

Surprising and innovative, a beautiful surprise. tastes without barriers that make us travel, risks that are really pleasant. a great experience for a reasonable price.

This restaurant was on my list for a towel dinner. not to be a lyon I tried several times to have a table in the evening, unfortunately on Saturday it is often complete and several weeks in advance. I'm more lucky for a Friday night. waiting and perseverance are widely rewarded with an incredible menu of 10 fine, bold, astonishing. each dish gathers to a musical score played either by a jazz band, or by a string quator, or by a rock band a little dungeon, or by a kabuki band and sometimes by a k-pop star. homemade preparations, inventive blends, subtle flavours, well mastered culinary techniques, everything is there to surprise guests. the exceptional moment is accompanied by an adventurous and discreet service but both friendly and casual. and to crown everything, the wine card incredibly rich, full of discoveries of all the azimuts, French and European. Thanks to the whole team and the 2 chefs for this culinary journey, by far the best of 2 years. just a regret about lighting a little too red to my taste and that slightly alter the view by smoking the perception of the dishes.

This small bistro is one of the great examples showing how French chefs could integrate Chinese and Japanese ingredients and techniques into French cuisine! It has done a much better job than Yum T’cha at Paris. The small dishes sampling dim sum from Chinese cuisine are very tasty and appetising, successfully make use of rather special Asian seasoning. A great place to go for casual dining! Services and vibe are good too.
