The dishes are made as they go. Everything is fresh and good. Sushi is excellent unlike many places, rice is well cooked and seasoned to perfection, fish is good. A special mention for the royal maki and the maki at the marinated ray, a pleasure! For fondue, attention, several tastes of broth to choose and you have the choice of 2 different broths. If you get into the spicy broth, know it's stinging and I'm used to relaxing. I'll give you a broth with a sweet sate, a real treat! A little dish would be the lack of sauce, but it's a little dish.
