Le materie prime sono di qualità e la cucina è creativa e ricercata, risente di contaminazioni internazionali. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e parlando con lui abbiamo capito che il locale rispecchia a pieno il suo eclettismo culturale. Il nome Hemingway è perfetto!Consigliato.

We had a great time in this cozy bar, which also proposes a nice selection of finger food and dishes. We sat at the counter and the Batman... was entertaining and very friendly and professional. The cook also made some appearances, asked if everything was good and shared a few laughs with us. It felt good and time flew. Another great address in Lyon for an easy time with friends.
