Was Pierre-Alexandre Holliger at Gourmix a mag?
My opinion may be biased by the fact that I only ordered Roster and that I never came to the place but still it was probably the best burgers I had the chance to eat. The meat is good, the bread is good, the vegetables are good, the sauces are excellent, the fries are good... overall it is amazing! Go ahead. View all feedback.

Good hamburger place in the center of Lyon. You can tell that the place is owned and run with love, decorated in a very creative way. As for the food, you also notice that level of detail and good work, the ingredients are treated very well. The burger was very good and the fries too, I will repeat. Really good food. Burgers hit the spot.
Excellent Burger restaurant for young people investigating classic Burger. The gravy is tasty and the price is quite reasonable. Be careful, however, the fries are so cooked that they could be used as fuel for a future barbecue, for example. Despite everything, it was very sweet, I recommend!
Nice and tasty small sandwiches, lots of choice, fresh ingredients. Looks of interior could be improved tough
The food is very Nice, which I didn’t expect because it doesn’t look very inviting to me. The sandwiches have a attractive price and are really really good and good quality. Love the concept also!
