We arrived there at 10am and asked for a table and they allowed us upstairs even though they were setting up the tables for lunch, We ordered the croque...monsieur and hot chocolate and the waitress gave us a tentative look and she said Yes we can try to do that . and went back to the kitchen.. We were apprehensive, she did not look confident and we doubted if she has mistaken our order or if we had gone to the wrong restaurant.. Then the Croque Monsieur arrived on a flat rectangular dark porcelain serving board. It looked incredible and the taste was heavenly.. We have never tasted a simple triple decker thinly sliced bread sandwich with ham and melted cheese that was sooooo good , we could still remember the taste many weeks since we returned home.. The whole experience was memorable.. truly world class. The service was also exceptional..

I waited for more than two years before revisiting your institution pushed by a friend. He'll be at least as long before I go back. However, I would have had before the pleasure of reading your response full of hatred, contempt and devoid of any autocritical.
