I had the pleasure of being introduced into this restaurant by a native who was accompanied by a Tuareg friend who was visited by niger. I'm from the middle west. I was good in my 50s before I ever tasted couscous, so obviously I'm not an expert. but I will say that my local French friend and her Nigerian friend loved it, and I loved it too! I especially liked the big pieces of towed vegetables. the seasoned were light and the taste was sociable, but tender also the staff was very friendly and pleasant. I'd definitely go back if I'm ever back in lyon.
