Olives and bread were made available at the beginning and stayed through the meal (instead of being chased away like other restaurants). I'm not a godfather, but I liked what was provided. The calves were the tenderest I ever had. And the waffle Dessert was excellent. Both the rose and red wine selection were very good. I'm not a gastronomic expert, but that was great. I'd bring someone next time.
