When you pass the threshold of the door the warmth of the welcome coupled with the kindness of the comeuelians immediately make you want to sit down. the chef from caracas offers you a cuisine from his beautiful country, revisited and sublimated. frankly an excellent address at a moderate price. the map changes every month and we are looking forward to coming back. a big thank you for this beautiful moment

Chef Andrés is a talented and passionate young chef whose creativity and attention to detail truly shine in every dish. Together with his charming wife Verónica, who leads the front of house with warmth and grace, they form an exceptional team that delivers not only superb food but also genuine hospitality. Veronica did also a wonderful job in selecting and presenting the wines for that occasion. From start to finish, our experience was flawless. Each plate was beautifully crafted, full of flavor, and thoughtfully presented...the wines were well paired with each of the dishes... The service was warm, attentive, and made us feel right at home. Our entire group shared the same sentiment: CANAIMA is an absolute must-visit for anyone who appreciates culinary artistry paired with heartfelt service. F... read more This is my second time eating in Canaima Restaurant in Lyon. With the quality of the meal choices here, I wouldn 't go back after an only 'So-So ' experience. From the delicious food to the lovely restaurant to to nice music playing to the excellent service, my friends and I were not disappointed. With a Latin flair to the food, it was different than typical French meals. I 'm sorry that I 'm about to leave Lyon and won 't have a chance for eating here a 3rd time.
