We were one of the few tables who booked... read more We stopped in Lyon on our way back from a ski Holliday. A few years ago we went here as students and had a great time. We were one of the few tables who booked diner at 7pm with the fork app. The 2 petit marcel burger that we ordered rare were cold (and not just room temperature cold) we did send them back but only the plate came back warm as well as the salad. I had to send mine again because I couldn't eat it (Still) and the meat was blue. It came back barely better but was tired of not eating when already 2 people were done eating. The bread was soaked in the salad dressing and the chips not cooked. However the st Marcelin cheese on it was good. I didn't finish my plate which was an absolute waste for me. I decided to take the café gourmand to calm my ginger and was announced chocolate mousse ice cream and panacotta. Arrived after everyone else desert and wasn't what we were told. The waitress could be a prison guard and was absolutely unpleasant telling us that they didn't have mousse and that we will not have that on a café gourmand. One of us fortunately got to have a bit of ice cream served without any type of smile no need to say that we felt sorry for the other 2 waiters we had to deal with and who were delightful and really friendly. However the salmon bagel and chicken burger are reliable, the roquefort sauce goes well with it. Our experience wasn't pleasant at all and quite uncommon as we are food lovers and hate bothering the staff. Had a nice welcome from the two waiters but from there it was only going down. We may have come at a bad time or a change in the kitchen was made. We will not recommend. For a so called burger place they should master burgers and chips.

The fries were fresh and taste really good. Will definitely go again if I'm around
