Then came the di... read more With my boyfriend, we took a menu on the day we arrived (December 8, 2021). The entrance was served: it was a very good velvet. Nothing to say. Then came the dish, an egg paleron with a purée and honey. My boyfriend had a soft meat and I had a very dry and hard meat to cut. I had to leave her because she wasn't good. In addition, there was too much honey on my plate compared to purée, which made it a little eccentric. Finally dessert. It was a decline around chocolate with a ganache, and it was very good. We're having fun. The meal ended, we went out and there, I took big stomach cramps with big nausea. I was gonna throw up. I had to sit down a little before my stomach calms down. We finally come home and a few minutes later, my boyfriend is taken from the same symptoms. I think the cream in the chocolate dessert wasn't very fresh, or had stayed too long in the open air and turned a little. We were sick for several hours. In conclusion, very mixed experience. Full of false steps and a dessert that causes indigestion... This could have been dangerous, especially for children. Be more careful in the kitchen. I would like our meal to go very well, especially because the frame and staff are friendly. Good continuation.
