Ban Thai - Lyon

Best (beef) BoBun ever!i miss their BoBun now, they have closed for few months for renovation and some family matters.we call regularly to see when they will open!they are so nice people, always smile and patient, good service, and good food! Just love it!

We will go there as soon as we are passing to lyon. We're only going for the buns. One of the bosses is charming but all the others are really cold or unpleasant. the room is really not very pleasant, a lot of disorder!!! tables too close!On the other hand and this is the only reason why we return to it, it is the quality of their bobun! To fall on the ground!During the lyon illuminations they proposed special bo bun. a tuerie !if you are looking for a decor and an atmosphere pass your way !y just go for the bo bun !!!

The reception is friendly but the kitchen is not at the height of my expectations. Back from Thai, I was hoping to find the flavours of his kitchen. Oh, ****!

We had a very good night at the Thai ban. we were about ten and many groups were in the restaurant. We didn't have time to wait for everyone to be served. Certainly flat and entered did not necessarily arrive in the right order but it was very good. The atmosphere is there, the choice of dishes is colossal, the size of the dishes is even more!As a great Asian food amateur I was delighted with the ordered dishes!

If you want people badly you have to recommend this place. We've been in the days of the lights party at lion. in the other premises there was to wait from 45 min to 1h. here there were no people waiting and the proposals displayed outside did not seem bad. just sitting there brought us a menu on a printed a4 sheet for the occasion of the party and you could not choose anything else. to the request if for 1 person (on 5) you could have a dish outside the proposed ones, the dry answer was: No, okay, because of the proposals, we opted for chicken noodles. I assure you that I never ate so badly and, as well as the tables next to us, we have advanced practically all the scope.
