We enjoyed a cozy setting on the steps, though there are also many inviting places to sit both inside and outside. All the ingredients are fresh and local, which makes every dish stand out. Our pâté croûte maison was just perfect — packed with herbs and spices, with the meat cooked to perfection. We also tasted mussels in a rich, slightly spicy ’nduja sauce, which added a wonderful kick and was simply delicious. The restaurant is owned and run by a young man and his wife. He comes from Beaujolais, so don’t miss the chance to ask about wines from his family’s vineyard! There is also an excellent selection of wines by the bottle, making it easy to find something that pairs beautifully with the food. Personally, I am very fond of places where you can truly feel the passion behind what they do. This one captured me completely — it became my place!
