I had pork cheeks with blood sauce (which I thought was chocolate/mol, as a mushroom, as if on trying to guess), which was really good anyway. My dessert of caramelized pumpkin was ok, but the part was a bit off (too much pumpkin) and it was a little hard for me. The ice made from pumpkin seeds was exceptional. The area seems to have many great restaurants, more in the business district of Lyonaise and away from the tourist area, so if you can not get a reservation here, the surrounding neighborhood looks promising for other great finds in the future.

They can tell you not only a lot about the filosophy of the cook, but they could also be affordable. Well, Arsenic matched exactly what I was looking for: simplicity, seasonal ingredients and cheap prices (23€ for 3 courses and 21€ for a bottle of white wine). The staff was professional and fast (we ate in 45/60 minutes), so we could enjoy Lyon.
