Apart from this excellent execution, what really elevates and sets this remarkable establishment apart is the friendly and welcoming ambiance it creates throughout meal. We've eaten in many restaurants across the Michelin spectrum, and this one beats them all on quality/price. Inspired and delicious dishes, accompanied by great wines. Honorary mention (pictures) for the entrée with foie gras poché-brûlé, and the dessert with ail noir (black garlic), levure (yeast) and balsamic vinegar. Absolutely brilliant!
