We've eaten in many restaurants across the Michelin spectrum, and this one beats them all on quality/price. Inspired and delicious dishes, accompanied by great wines. Honorary mention (pictures) for the entrée with foie gras poché-brûlé, and the dessert with ail noir (black garlic), levure (yeast) and balsamic vinegar. Absolutely brilliant!
