A la Peche aux Moules - Lyon

Beautiful location, we chose the salmon and its risotto as well as the marina mussels, well served and tasted.

Restaurant with welcoming and smiling staff. Unfortunately, at the time of taking the order we are told that there is no menu of the day. But the waitress doesn't offer us another dish to replace it. We had to take the card (a lot more expensive). No commercial gesture. I got a smoked salmon salad, lawyer. The kitchen is homemade, the salmon was very good but there was only half a lawyer! for 12€ I expected at least one full lawyer! Moreover, the service was very long! at least 40 minutes to take the order and 30 minutes to serve two salads.

I went to dinner last night in this restaurant with two friends. We took the menu at 18,50€ and a bottle of wine at 3.The menu is very hearty (especially for me who am on diet and no longer eat at night!) it consisted of a salad composed (salade, tomatoes, olives, but tuna), mussels and dessert. The salad was good, though almost a little big.The mussels I chose were mariners, they were good, but the sauce a little less. too liquid and much too much onion. I don't like it too much, so I don't think I'm objective, but my friend who loves it was the same as me.For fries, nothing to say, I don't think they were home, but very good despite everything. Finally, I who am not very crêpe, this one having made me want, I took one with a lot of whipped (not home at all for the time the whipped and not very good)...Sinon, despite these two small flats, very good time, thanks to the past music (cherie fm) with that blonde music of the 90' (which allowed us to sing all the evening!!!) and very nice waitres In short, not the best fried lyon mussels but I recommend only for service!

We were looking for a restaurant to book for dinner as it was a Saturday and very hot so everyone wanted to sit outside. We found this one and booked a table for 8pm we were really looking forward to it but when we arrived the table we had booked was occupied. They wanted to give us the last table right at the back of a very hot restaurant. We asked why the table we had booked was given to someone else and the waitress just shrugged her shoulders. We left but it looks like we had a lucky escape judging by the other reviews.

I tried this restaurant on the edge of the rhone docks. fried mussels were good, fast and friendly service. Only the price is a little high.
