Today I enjoyed my delicious ice hazelnut coffee with an extra shot of espresso ??????????????????????????????????????????????????the service mostly it's awesome... Mariana one of my favorite one's, she does a great customer service, all them are good View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
There's been a few times I order chocolate chip cookies in my order and I get home after a long day and I notice I didn't receive my cookies. It's a waste of time to have to drive all the way back just for 3 cookies, but it's frustrating to have to just leave it as is. Please read the entire order to make the customer happy. I've had a few instances where I've ordered chocolate chip cookies, only to find that they were missing when I got home after a long day. It's frustrating to have to drive back just for three cookies, but I also feel it's not right to leave the situation unaddressed. The food is excellent, but they really need to pay attention to the entire order to ensure customer satisfaction. It's disappointing when it’s a treat you were really looking forward to.
Today, I had a delightful iced hazelnut coffee with an extra shot of espresso, and it was simply delicious! The service here is mostly outstanding. Mariana, one of my favorites, provides excellent customer service, and everyone else is great as well!
I visited the restaurant today around 9:00 PM. They really need to focus on serving their indoor customers, as I had to wait about three minutes before someone came to take my order. Additionally, the place could benefit from more frequent cleaning.
This is the worst Mc Donald's I've been to. The past 3 times I have had issues with the food and the employees. They can't pack a bag of food properly without smashing your burgers, they can't even make a simple cheeseburger that lines up straight because my bun and cheese are usually half way on the burger with the other half exposed, I've called to speak to the manager and she didn't care about any of my issues, and when I've called the 800 customer service number I've been told the Franchise owner would call me and they haven't. I forgot to mention, there was an issue with the app and it said I needed to go into the store. There were so many customers standing around with NOBODY at the front counter. I finally loudly ask the people in the back if there was anybody that could help us and nobody turned around but somebody said somebody would be there soon. Nobody ever came to the front counter and the customers looked upset. It's obvious the owner doesn't care and it trickles down to their emloyees. I highly recommend you keep driving to the next Mc Donald's. DON'T EAT AT THIS MC DONALDS!
Although the drivethru line seemed endless they were pretty efficient on taking orders. Would of been faster if it wasnt for a few cars causing a scene and taking their time at the window cause lady had to rummage thru her trunk to find her wallet.
