I think our server might have been overwhelmed. She seemed to have forgotten us. We sat, ordered drinks, placed our food order, and a few who arrived after our order sat, ordered, and their meal arrived long before us. When it finally arrived, the surface of my meal looked like it was sitting for a while, the beans had a skin and the rice was dried up. She also brought me the wrong tortillas.
