San Fernando Roasted Chicken - Lynnwood

This is a total hole in the wall, not a lot of sitting room, and super casual vibe. I got to practice my Spanish and the menu had the dishes/drinks I was missing from my time in Peru. Good portions, great quality and flavor of food, and even though this place was super busy we still got decent enough service. Friendly and welcoming staff. We got chicha morada (purple corn drink), Inka Cola (tastes like bubble gum), the papa rellena, papa a la huancaina, arroz con pollo, and seco de carne.

Stopped in for an early dinner tonight and left very happy! Super moist and tender chicken and the Peruvian sauces are on point. Very kind staff as well, I will be back!

Go here whenever I am down by lynnwood. Best ceviche around and the chicken coupled with the dipping sauces is just the best.

These guys need more five star reviews. Love the food, the Pollo a la brasa, aji de gallina, lomo saltado, yuquitas, huancaina mmm it's all very good. Love all the sauces too. Not sure where all the negativity is coming from they deserve better than a 3.9. Been here many times and they are consistently good.

We love the rotisserie chicken with yucca fries and the pinto beans! Very Yummy… eat the juicy rotisserie chicken pieces with the green or red spicy sauce!!
