Ka Won Korean Bbq (ka Won 가원

My wife and I are so happy we stumbled upon Ka Won. The food was delicious, the servers were all pretty friendly, and a good overall atmosphere.Some people are complaining about the service in the reviews, but in traditional Asian style restaurants the servers don’t always come to you and ask if you need anything else. If you do need something, you have to actually ask them (make eye contact and raise your hand). They’re supposed to leave you alone and let you enjoy your meal without being interrupted.We would have highly recommended Ka Won If you're in the mood for excellent authentic Korean food.

The server here is very racist to non korean and they will give a wrong order and wont be even sorry, talk to the one of the server and saying your service is bad and she even say thank you and cuss in korean. What a terrible place not recommended if there is a negative star i will put negative. Very bad people. watch out they might put hair on you soup too. They add 18% of tax right away on ur bill! Its nuts with that service i give a finger to them as a tip??

Went today and thought it was going to be different with the person who was working but it as usual it was a total mistake!! The service was taking long, no one came to take orders like other times. If the person who works here don't like to serve other customers fine! But what's wrong with the person who looks like they have issues!? And yes I am talking about the person who has her hair tied up! If people are going to work in the service company good. And I used to work with people myself, yes it's tire sometimes. But if you have people issues then don't work in a restaurant!! And to lie about the food they have but say that they don't have it?!! Really don't lie to the customers who has the menu in front of them! I wouldn't be surprised if they get more bad reputation for the people who works here. And like I mentioned that I have customers service experience and I never disrespect the customers or lie to them. And also I think in my own opinion that they should talk to her about not being so rude because this is a work place not their own business to act like they have issues. I will never recommend this place no matter what. And the food could have better taste instead of being too bland or over salty.

Ordered heokyumso, doganitang, and haemulpajeon. The heokyumso was good but it feels like this place got hit with inflation harder than other places, lots of vegetables with only a little bit of meat. Flavorwise it's still quite good. Can recommend the doganitang, great for my kids. My wife liked the pancake the best.Food: 4/5
