Jamba - Lynnwood

I have been regularly from this site of jamba since 2013. the management is very bad in customer service. Today I was told by manager marion to leave the load because I insisted on getting my money back for a order that could not be fulfilled because of the product. I had even called ahead to see if she had the act I wanted, and the answer was yes) I paid for a drink I didn't get, and was shouted by the manager marion to leave the load! When I called, she was on me. very bad treatment in the did!

It is unusual for me to write a negative review, but here we are. It seems that this restaurant is run by high schoolers who may not have the best handle on things. The drinks are good, but service can be unreliable. For example, today, April 7th, the girl working at the counter told me they were out of juice. Jamba Juice is out of juice? This was around 3pm. Ironically, I was able to get the juice I wanted delivered to my house (from the same store) with no problem. The girl at the counter was not very friendly. The work ethic seems to be lacking here. I am 26 years old, so I understand generational differences, but this was just disappointing.

The staff at Jamba Juice consistently serve warm drinks, despite my repeated requests for a cold beverage. Even when I ask them to correct it, they still manage to mess up my order. Adding whey protein and removing cold ingredients results in a quick, warm drink with a strange taste. Additionally, I am disappointed that a $3 tip on a $9 purchase seems to have led to a slight reduction in quality.

It's not bad. It's a bit too sweet for my taste, but still better than other Asian teasers. It really comes down to personal preference. This place focuses on offering healthier drinks and options for healthy add-ons. It's worth noting that some ingredients are organic.
