The games were fun, but the overall dining service was terrible! Waitress Issue: We had a reservation last night and when we got to our table the waitress approached the table looking absolutely annoyed. When she found out from us that we were going to have 14 people, she rolled her eyes at us. My friend tried breaking the ice by saying you look so excited and she looked directly at us and said Ha. No. . From that point it never got better. We were there for several hours and she only checked in with us 3 times. The kitchen was running VERY behind and she never told us until we had been waiting for an hour and we asked about it. The other tables had their server check in with them several times throughout the same time frame. With this long of wait you 'd expect the manager to come around to tables, but they never did either. Food Issues: Half of our food order took an hour to get out of the kitchen and the other half took almost 2 hours. When we finally got our food, it was cold and came out wrong. Some guests ordered the Chicken Nachos and it came with out chicken. The bar wasn 't quick either, but it was slightly (only slightly) faster. We ended up getting 3-4 rounds of drinks before we got any food. We had planned on getting our food by the 2nd round, but it took WAY too long. Bar: After dinner, went to play games and get a beer. The drink line took 30 minutes with only 2-3 people in front of us. When we got to the counter the server looked upset about having to work. This location needs to do MUCH better. The operations were mismanaged. Almost all employees looked like they hated their jobs and took it out on their customers.

Our waiter was terrific, the issue we found was he could of used 1 person to help him clear the table.

I did not expect the tables to be right where all the games are. It was so noisy. I felt bad for the waitress taking our order.

Went here to watch CFB Championship game with family in tow. Once the place filled up it was pretty clear that the wait staff and kitchen were overwhelmed with orders and had difficulty providing prompt service. Waited about 45 minutes for food to get out to our table and another 40ish minutes to get a second round in (we ordered AYCE wings), so couldn't take full advantage of the deal. Food ended up being lukewarm for some dishes and piping hot for others, just really inconsistent. Ambience was great for the event and nice venue for kids who don't want to sit/watch a game on TV the whole time. Service was the disappointment for this trip.

It's a nice place for events. However, the food that we order loaded queso and voodoo pasta were very salty.
