I love the fact that this restaurant introduces new vegan items on a weekly basis. They offer fresh and delicious vegan essentials, along with a cleverly prepared lunch menu that includes large salads, vegan desserts, and vegan/vegetarian sushi. The restaurant has a beautiful view and offers vegan pizza slices that are delicious. They also have a vegan salad option with oil and vinegar or pear dressing. My salad had spinach, roasted tomatoes, squash, falafel, and more. It was yummy! Don't forget to try the vegan cupcakes or cookies for dessert. I would rate this restaurant 10/10.
