I visited the restaurant for lunch with my daughters, and I must say the service was excellent. Our server was attentive, quick, and very friendly. We ordered a Japanese-style poke burrito and a regular poke bowl, and both dishes were outstanding. We truly enjoyed every bite! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about The Okipoke:
I would advise against dining here; I ended up feeling really sick after eating the food. I can't tell if it was the chicken or the unwashed vegetables that caused it. Additionally, they offer only two bowl sizes, small or large, but there’s no difference in portion size—you're just paying extra for nothing. I won't be returning. View all feedback.
Delicious and fresh! Great gluten free menu displayed at ordering window a large variety of GF options. I got spicy salmon and tuna on sushi rice with lots of yummy toppings including avocado. GF sauces include mango sauce, spicy aioli, and sriracha. Wish there was a GF soy sauce option, but overall LOVED! Place was very clean too.
Highly enjoy the poke bowls at this location. The fish tasted fresh and the quality of the fish was outstanding compared to other Poke/Sushi restaurants. I would give this a 5/5 but I give it a 4 due to a slightly less enticing condiment/topping offerings compared to other locations. I hope you guys consider more options for crunch especially fried onions! Another aspect that I may point out is the difference in mixing the proteins along with the sauces you guys
The poke bowls are good and always taste fresh. It's not the best I've had but it's the most convenient location for me, so it's become a go-to.Docked a star because they charge me extra when I ask for 1/2 salad and 1/2 rice, even though a salad bowl is the exact same cost as the rice bowl.
Go here a bunch delicious sushi bowls and they let you get an unlimited number of toppings (including avocado) for no extra cost. Totally recommend! I always get their spicy salmon and tuna in my bowls.
I like the topping chooses but the actual fish is ok, and the portions def are not consistent and small... I've been pointed to while ordering and thought she was telling me I had another choice but really I was just charged for two scoops in a burrito and would pay 22... for what I felt was a overpriced normal size burrito. But now I get one scoop it's more like a half of scoop and is 14 so I would say the consistency of portion and portion size is their downfall here. I do frequent poke places all over the north shore and their portions are probably the smallest fish quality is a lot worse than when I first can... I will now stick to Gloucester poke
