**Restaurant Review: Bo Lo Co - A Mixed Bag of Experiences**
Bo Lo Co, known for its vibrant atmosphere and healthy offerings, showcases both potential and pitfalls. While many patrons rave about the delicious food and friendly staff, consistent service issues overshadow the experience. Disorganization in order taking, confusing menu icons, and frequent ingredient shortages detract from the overall enjoyment. Though management appears to be improving under new leadership, with some staff displaying commendable enthusiasm, numerous customers have faced lengthy waits and indifferent service. With high-quality food and an eco-friendly approach, Bo Lo Co is a place worth trying, but be prepared for some hiccups along the way.

The Buffalo burritos and bowls here are fantastic and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this place. They also have great outdoor seating!
I placed an online order for pickup at a specific time, but when I arrived, I found myself waiting in a long line because my food was not ready at the designated pickup spot. When I reached the front of the line, I mentioned that I had a scheduled pickup, but they hadn't even started preparing my order yet. They began working on it only after I arrived, and I ended up waiting an additional 10 minutes instead of the quick and convenient experience I expected. If you decide to order ahead, I recommend arriving at least 5 minutes early to ensure they have time to begin your order. Although I won't be using their online ordering in the future, I will definitely return because I really love their food.
I rarely leave reviews, especially negative ones, but I felt I had to share my recent experience. I ordered a burrito and asked for everything to be added: guacamole, cheese, and sour cream. However, the woman who made it struggled to wrap it properly. As I watched her, it was clear that she wasn’t rolling it together well, and I could see the filling spilling out. I should have spoken up at that moment. When I sat down to eat, it became immediately obvious that I would need a fork and knife. I've never had a burrito fall apart like this before. Even at a chain like Chipotle, the burritos are typically wrapped well and don’t disintegrate. There was no one else waiting in line, so there was no need to rush the process. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place and regret not choosing a different restaurant.
4th time there and ever time still never have enough charred broccoli or carmalized onions and end up waiting 20mins till they cook more.....they should keep an eye on the items that are low and prepare in advance
I went to the lynnfield location and could not believe how bad the service was. The three workers could not care less how long customers waited. They were constantly going to the back for minutes at a time. When I finally picked up my burrito order, they were both freezing.I called the store, and whoever picked up the phone hung up on me without even saying hello. Second call back, spoke to the manager, who didn't seem to be too concerned. He suggested i go online to voice a complaint. Done.
