I'm reviewing 1 star because some of the staff and customers were not wearing masks. Workers were not enforcing customers to wear masks! This is really frustrating to see more and more Bay County businesses not requiring masks as our cases continue to rise. My family and I will add this to the list of businesses we can't support during this time. We must do better. View all feedback.
I like that it’s not too crowded. Their customer service needs work though. Too slow.
Clean and very nice good selection, but, they play games. You have to have a card to save, they raise the price to put it on sale
The staff was extremely rude. If you're employing seasonal workers from the islands, it's essential to provide them with training on proper customer service. I have concerns about the prepared food in your deli; it often seems like they don't even wear gloves when handling it!
I just spent over $330 at the LH store and didn't receive a single greeting or farewell from our cashier, Danielle, nor a thank you. I'm finished with WD. The employees are incredibly rude.
I'm giving this restaurant 1 star because I noticed that some staff and customers were not wearing masks. The employees were not enforcing mask-wearing among the customers, which is quite frustrating. It's disappointing to see more businesses in Bay County not requiring masks as COVID-19 cases continue to rise. My family and I will be adding this establishment to our list of places we cannot support during this time. We need to do better.
