Sonny's Bbq - Lynn Haven

First off I LOVE SONNY’s! I never knew it was a chain, I always thought it was just a yummy local place. (I lived in AZ and visited here) but our friends are visiting from out of town and haven’t had Sonny’s in YEARS. Drove 30 min to pick it up curbside, no issues, friendly staff. Of course we tipped. We drive 30 min back, warm the food, realize we’re missing our entire bag of cold food. We call for a refund. That manager can’t issue a refund? Nonsense! Tourist town, transient people, they aren’t going to spend another hour on the road for your mistake. Not even an apology, told her to call tomorrow to see if that manager can do anything…like she was being bothered by the complaint. I didn’t expect butts to be kissed, roses sent, a full refund etc…but come on Lynn Gaven Sonny’s Manager, maybe you take HER number and have the other manager call her because your employees caused a problem. just sayin, I won’t be doing curbside again. Still going to enjoy your deliciousness. Y’all can do better tho.

Google Maps took me where I asked to go. I was in Panama City, FL for the Thanksgiving holiday 2021. Google Maps took the stress away. We had a ball just riding around asking Google Maps to take us places.

Got a curbside today. The sides were great but the ribs and sausage were old and dry. Very disappointed because Sonny's has better standards than this. Maybe they send the worst to go thinking they won't bring it back? Update The manager contacted me and offered a free replacement meal! It was perfect! I will definitely be back!

Delicious food! I've been visiting this restaurant since it opened. Today, we were seated at the bar for the first time. The food was outstanding, just like always, but the service was exceptional. A big thank you to our bartender who took such great care of us!

I really enjoy Sonny's, but I've noticed that they've significantly decreased the size of their Redneck Egg Rolls. Additionally, the prices for the Big Deal have increased quite a bit. I shared an order of fried okra with my partner, and it was delicious, just like always.
