When it comes to customer service at Pop-Eye's Chicken, the prices on the menu are exorbitant. It would be wise to focus on cleaning the dining room and only hiring staff who genuinely want to work there. It seems like the current management hires individuals who despise their jobs and customers. The prices are unreasonable and the food, service, and atmosphere all received a rating of 1 out of 5.

In the past, this restaurant location was satisfactory, but recently I have been very disappointed and feel the need to speak up. The quality of the food has been consistently poor during my last few visits. The fries were old, cold, and undercooked, prompting me to throw them away. The rice in the red beans and rice dish was also undercooked, crunchy, and cold. The mac and cheese was overcooked, greasy, and tasted like it had been prepared the day before. The coleslaw was acceptable this time around. The chicken was decent, however the thighs seemed to have been cut in half and were very small. I believe that I paid too much for the small portion and low quality of the food. I am unsure if I will return in the future, which is a disappointment.

This restaurant serves the most delicious fried chicken sandwich on a bun! The dine-in service is excellent and the price per person ranges from $10 to $20. The food and service both receive a rating of 5, while the atmosphere is a 4.

I ordered a 8 piece family meal with potatoes with extra gravy and Cole slaw. They first handed me a bag with a sandwich and a small box of chicken. An employee argued with me about my order.
