What Sara Weeks doesn't like about Jimmy John's:
ordered a #11 and added bacon with only mustard and lettuce...they forgot the bacon, added mayonnaise, and tomatoes. I called to let them know the order was messed up. I was then told I could come in tomorrow and receive a refund. they called me back 20 minutes later to inform me that I could no longer receive the refund because I couldn't bring the sub in....why would I keep a sub that I'm not going to eat? Great sandwiches and very friendly staff, the young lady that helped me. I believe her name is Jocelyn, and she was so friendly and courtesy definition of great service!
As a former employee I tend to be picky about my JJ order. Of course as always Lynn Haven is killing it!!!!! Soft bread, fresh veggies and when I called to ask when the beef had been sliced they simply answered my question without hesitation.
First time visiting a Jimmy John's. I am not disappointed. Their service here was very friendly and fast. (Understandably, I arrived at an off time and it wasn't busy. The wrap I ordered was DELICIOUS. I'm very pleased. Thanks JJ.
The unwich tuna sandwiches are always my favorite!!! The people there always super nice and kind every time I go! I will always go to this Jimmy John's hands down!!
