I ordered takeout online. The email response said I'd receive a text when my order was ready for pickup. I waited over an hour and then just went to the restaurant. My order was sitting on a shelf. No notice it was ready. Just sitting there, getting cold. The staff said, Sorry, it's been doing that lately. Ridiculous! So they knew the messages haven't been going out, yet don't bother to alert the customer. Won't happ... View all feedback.
