When daytime staff and the manager are on, orders are accurate and hot; chronic understaffing, loud music and late-night shifts can bring long waits, mistakes, cold or lukewarm food, and missing utensils. Renovations and busy periods show hardworking, patient crews handling high volume. Expect good value when the kitchen hums, but double-check your bag during peak or late hours.

The gentleman working the dining room counter was lovely. Usually love Wendy's, and I stil do, but the new wrap on the menu is a total skip.
Best Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. I just go through the drive-through, but for some reason, Im always impressed with the speed is service, how fresh—and “cooked just right”— the food is. I’ve never been compelled to leave a review at a fast food joint, but the owner and staff here deserve some kudos.
The dining room needed cleaned and the bathroom needed attention
The counter worker was great but the double stack was cold and had been sitting, fries lukewarm and fountain drink was flat from machine. Music was blaring loud.
