Shark Bite Fish 'n ' Chippery

Not the first time has the service here been appalling with staff being unable to locate our order. This is the 3rd time this has happened. This evening i ordered at 512 told 10 minutes for pick up , my husband went across 10 mins later and waited almost an hour made 2 attempts to see where order was .... coming soon he was assured so almost an hour later he asks for his money back (he is very patient and they find our order which was sitting in the warmer It was almost cold when we tried to eat it suffice to say they have lost our custom we are doneBeen other issues along the same linesI dont post negative reviews as i support small businesses esp now but poor service needs to be pointed outEmploy staff that know what they are doing please

Very rude owner and customer service. Walked out of the store and didn’t purchase due to his attitude. Will never get my business again.

Fish and chips were great, the accidentally forgot one item in my order but were very apologetic when I called them about it, when I collected the forgotten item they also gave me a drink as a sorry.Great dinner

LOVE finding a great fish chips shop! Food was piping hot, batter was crispy, chips were super crunchy, dipping sauce tasted homemade (probably wasn't though), serving size very generous...all for $11 and got to enjoy it outside in their outdoor seating set-up on a perfect 26 degree day. I wasn't expecting much due to the inconsistent reviews but this was worthy of beachside f c! Only critique was the slight wait time of 15mins with zero other customers but the delicious food made up for it. Also on the greasy side but it's f c, I know what I'm signing up for! I also wanted some salad but they didnt have any made during the weekday lunch time I was there.

What kind of place allows a child to play in the kitchen, touching ingredients and the floor using cooking machiene with no gloves...filthy.
