I was disappointed to find that half of my meal was missing. When I asked for a small order to complete my original meal, I was informed that it would incur an additional delivery fee. Overall, the service was very frustrating.

The food here is overpriced, cold, and unappetizing. Do yourself a favor and eat at Carl's Jr. next door instead.

Order was delayed by 20 minutes due to no product and then was not delivered

Very disappointing. Staff member seemed peeved that she had customers, was very unfriendly. Order was cold, soggy chips with no salt, and chicken that was so dry I think it had been sitting for some time. Unsure if it is a job of the RR staff, but the bin by the counter was overflowing, chips all over the floor and dirty tables.

Absolutely disgusting seems they give 1/2 of what’s meant to be in the flayva have NEVER had a full flava here it’s gross chicken bits resembling nuggets! Lettuce was bitter not tomatoes apparently covid has stopped them getting tomatoes I call BS seems profit over service and getting what you pay forThe young girl serving couldn’t be any more miserable oh and when I order chips I expect at last a full box not 2/3 box only red rooster I ever have the issue with aren’t they meant to follow the franchise expectations ? The microwaved wrap was like rubberStaff all look miserableKeep giving them another chance no more now close up or lift your gamePrime spot making there is NO EXCUSE
