What User doesn't like about Little Caesars Pizza:
Went in for the 2 pepperoni pizzas for $14 deal on Tuesday, but they charged me full price. Asked and received a refund. Got home and the pizzas were not completely boiled and were smokey. Last time they gave me the Marinara sauce I had ordered. You can do better. From now on, I'm stopping at Domino? View all feedback.
The pizza portal is super convenient! I always liked little caesars. This place is consistent and has always treated me well.
Somehow every pizza I've ordered since moving here November has been over cooked or tasted of char. Idk if the ovens need serviced or what

No matter what location I go to in whatcom county the (last 2 years roughly) I have never once had a hot and ready be hot and ready They literally never have any made it doesn?t matter what time I go it could be lunch or dinner or in between I always end up having to wait 15 to 20 minutes just for a hot and ready. It?s not a big deal But it would be nice if you kept more of them made at all times so people could just walk in and ALWAYS be able to get a hot and ready I understand for the other menu items you wait, but why advertise it as a ?hot and ready? when it literally never is Customer service is great no issues there at all everyone?s always super friendly!
Decent pizza for the price. Customer service is terrible. Almost always a 20+ min wait for 2 pizzas. Even at peak hours they should adjust the hot and ready to fulfill customer needs. Been this way ever since remodel. They seem to care more about appearance than service.
