The food is excellent. I especially recommend the Waterstone White pizza, but their non pizza offerings are good also. (Try the fried ravioli; you won't regret it.)Almost every time I've been, my server has been Josh G. He's amazing greets you the second you arrive, remembers you from last time, very personable, prompt service. I want to give him a shout in particular. View all feedback.
What Donna Hanna Banana doesn't like about Waterstone Pizza:
Ordered Margherita pizza with no cheese. I asked for mushrooms to replace the cheese and asked for jalapeños added. It was burnt. There was no garlic or basil or cherry tomatoes. Big disappointment. Cost me $22, not counting drink or tip. View all feedback.
Not amazing. I ordered the white sauce pizza it was average at best. Certainly edible, but nothing to write home about. My husband ordered the fettuccine alfredo and it was rather gross. About 3x more sauce than necessary, it looked more like he was eating gravy with noodles in it than a pasta dish. The sauce was also weirdly sweet. Our waiter was kind attentive, but unfortunalety good service doesn't make up for the less than enjoyable food. There's definitely better places in the area to eat, I wouldn't recommend anyone go out of their way to dine here.
Location excellent, atmosphere excellent, menu offerings extensive, food quality exceptionalService excellent. We ordered the Greek Pizza and were pleasantly impressed. We have had pizza in Naples Italy and this pizza was comparable, which is saying a lot.Great server, Ellen, made our experience

We’ve eaten at Waterstone many times and had a fairly positive experience overall, but pretty much exclusively come for the amazing pretzel bites/sticks and the Thai pizza. We recently had a somewhat poor experience with slow service, and combined with the fact that they no longer serve our favorite items, we had more of a moderate experience. Bringing those items back and increasing the responsiveness of service would change this to a 4 or 5 star review!
Nice place in a neat area.Food was mostly good but not great. Fried Green Tomatoes were too unripe and so hard they were hard to cut with a knife. The taco soup was very good. The pizza hard potential- crust was good and you can't beat the wood fires taste. Problem is all of the toppings and cheese were in the middle of the pizza, leaving each piece only 2/3 covered. It looks like they are struggling to get enough wait staff, just like most places. The staff that were there were very polite and busting their butts to try and service everyone.I'll be back, just not as good as I was hoping for given the nice atmosphere.
