O'charley's Restaurant Bar - Lynchburg

The food was okay, waitress was great! Waited a bit for our food and they weren't so busy.

The waitress was very good. However, the cook totally blew the meal. Items were left off the order and the meal was below grade. Manager tried her best to make it right but by then the meal was a bust. Ordered a drink from the bar before the appetizer which finally arrived during the meal and wasn't what was ordered. Again the manager tried to get the problem solved however she had to refocus on the meal issue and at that point she was visually upset. I don't blame management or the waitress but they need to get their act together. Better luck next time? I hope so.

My sister,niece and her little ones went here on Saturday night. I had never been and the service was wonderful. There was a wait but,we didn't mind that at all. It was the weekend and everywhere was so busy at the time. The food was delicious. Our waiter Sam had such a welcoming and friendly personality. He was such a nice young man. If you visit this location and have the pleasure of dealing with him it made a good experience even better. I would definitely revisit this location. A job well done to the staff!!!

The ribs were absolutely great, bacon mashed potatoes were very good also. The Broccoli was ok, not 100% steamed because they were still a little crunchy. My first steak was supposed to be cooked to medium but when I got it, it was well done. They took it back and made me another one that was perfect. The service was extremely fast and the staff were great.

My family and I drove over an hour to dinner here and the service was excellent! the management and the personal have made my family and I feel very welcome! the food was hot, fresh and came out in no time! it wasn't on the door. we sat right away and took care of ourselves. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and look forward to going back.
