Milano's Enoteca Italian Ristaurante

My wife and I had a delicious meal. From drinks to appetizers to entrees and dessert, everything was excellent! Our server was attentive and delightful. Good atmosphere. We will certainly be back! Thank you

I visited Milano’s this past Saturday with a group of girls to celebrate my friend’s birthday, unfortunately our night was ruined after I received terrible treatment. I ordered a cake that our waitress failed to inform me was a portion for two. After seeing the size of cake I informed the waitress that I no longer wanted it. She informed me she could not take the cake back but that she would remove the charge from my bill. Waitress handed me the check that reflected bill with no cake shortly after that another waitress by the name of Wendy came to me to ask why I didn’t want the cake. She did not once introduce herself just asked questions in a disrespectful tone, she continued to berate me and disrespect me and my friends as we attempted to explain. Wendy then returned the check (not our original waitress) which showed a charge higher than my original bill in which the cake was added. We asked to speak to the manager time and time again and staff would send Wendy to address the matter. We were never informed that the manager was not present at the time and our original waitress never showed her face again to clarify the situation. Instead they sent out Wendy who was completely disrespectful and never once apologized. I was extremely disappointed in how the staff did not take this matter seriously, as my other friends have written complaints and have yet to be contacted which is a total reflection of how they handle issues when it comes to their consumers. I will not be returning and caution others to think twice before doing so.

I had the most amazing fish and chips, the special for the night! we also had the fried oysters. a delicious appetizer. the menu here is wonderful. nelly at the bar is ingenious, with great recommendations for cocktails and wein. and dessert! highly recommended!

We had a great dinner here. this place was recently renovated and it looks great. the atmosphere was so cozy. the food was delicious and the portions were more than enough. the service at the input was super friendly. our waitress had a great personality that we often checked. we would definitely recommend milanos and will return absolutely.

I decided to finish with my family, because it was close to the place where we were, and it was recently renovated, with reasonable trips for production! I have read some of the other reviews. Just remember that you must carefully consider what is said, with a perspective that is open because everyone is different. I don't know who wendy is, but I might have run them over, and I want to make them crippled by some of the others who had spoken terriblely about her. the restaurant industry is brutal. yes they must have incredible geduld, extraordinary customer service and a pokerface. but it is a very high tempo and stressful position to have! under the line, grace for wendy. No one is better than any other. You don't know how shoes she wears or how her life is. this restaurant is incredible and I highly recommend it! great wine selection and teller that are qualitatiw high quality yet affordable. be kind to others, especially if they are not so friendly in opposition.
