This restaurant boasts some of the nicest employees I've ever encountered. The gentleman who helped me with my order today was incredibly courteous and pleasant, making it feel like I was dining at a five-star establishment. What User doesn't like about Hardee's:
They have seem to gotten better but that could have only been because there were GM 's there. I still had to go through some Bull though (just like every time I 've been there. This time it was because there was some old lady who left the restaurant and the girl was like, oh she comin ' back. I watched her leave and drive off and the girl still insisted she was coming back. The staff was polite, the food arrived quickly, and it was hot and fresh.
The food is outstanding, but they could benefit from improving their customer service training.
The management of this restaurant is incredibly incompetent; even someone with a fifth-grade education could do a better job.
At one time this place was on top of its game.I will never go back again.the food is bad
