My food tonight was hot, fresh, perfectly cooked. This is why I love dominos, this is the way it used to be. They haven't been as gd the last couple of orders, just ok, but whoever they hired made up for it all. The boneless chicken, the pizza, the cheese bread and the cinnamon bread was all excellent. And it wasn't a long wait for delivery at all. View all feedback.

Terrible Service! I called on November 5, 2022, only to be put on hold for 38 minutes. Frustrated, I decided to call from my son's phone, and they actually answered and took my order at 8:45 PM. By 10:10 PM, there was still no sign of my food. When I called Domino's again, I was put on hold once more. After a long wait, they informed me my order had been lost and promised to remake it. An hour later, still no food. At this point, it was 11:15 PM, and when I called, they said my order had been forgotten and not sent out with the driver! I had been waiting for hours and was starving at work. They assured me it would arrive in 20 minutes. Finally, at 11:36 PM, my order arrived, but it was cold and not even the correct order! I can't believe I had to pay for this! There were no apologies at all! I will never order from here again and will choose Papa John's from now on!
Moreover, I don't think the coupons were applied correctly. Over the phone, I was quoted $19.99 for my two-pizza order, but when I re-ordered in-store due to the mishap, I was told it would cost over $30. As a result, I ended up only purchasing one pizza. This whole experience left a bad impression on me, and if the pizza hadn’t been so good, I wouldn’t consider returning.
I ordered a pizza with ham on it, but I can't eat ham due to my religious beliefs. I called the restaurant, and they offered me a free pizza as a replacement. However, that pizza didn’t arrive, so Joshua, the delivery person, came back and gave me another one for free. Dan is a great person too, but I really appreciate what Joshua did! 7/7/2024
Terrible service, I wasted 30 minutes waiting for the people who arrived last, they were served first and I asked them to return my 22 dollars and nothing was on my card
