Dairy Queen - Lynchburg

My friend and I biked to this Dairy Queen to get some food and ice cream. We are 15 years old and ate some burgers here. I stood up to order a blizzard, once I placed the order my blizzard came out right away I complimented the person who made it and said?wow that came out fast shes quick? 2 minutes later after we sat down the manager comes up. (Tanya) she thought we called theemployee the N word. This was very disrespectful and she even said the n word to us, she is white and not aloud to say that andI do not except that. I would like her fired this was very disrespectful and very immature.

I recommend contacting OSHA. Poor customer service, unkept and dirty appearance of some of the workers. Went through the drive-thru ordered three large sundaes, when I proceeded to the window an older black man who came to the window who looked asif he was either homeless or on some type of drug took my money. He handed me my sundaes with dirty hands, and dirt under hisfingernails. He did not speak and handed me my three Large sundaes of various heights. I told him I had ordered three largesundaes, he rudely said they are large. I parked my car and went inside and showed the other workers my sundaes in which theystated they are way to small to be a large. The rude man was still at the drive-thru and never came back to the counter. The twogirls corrected the problem and apologized. Moving forward seeing the appearance of some of the workers and the rude servicefrom that man OSHA, needs to come and shut this location down. I am very concerned about the safety of the food here if you havesome staff who have an I don?t care attitude about the quality of the food. It makes me wonder is any of the food safe?Completely grossed me out. Will never return to this location and will be in touch with OSHA, to do a health and safety check onthis location. If you do decide to eat here, save your receipts for future references.

Yall. Why are we leaving this place such trifling reviews? I've visited here a few times and have not been disappointed much... rating a place based off one bad visit isn't good. Food is decent (love the blizzards) service is alright (speedy) and I will say it's not the nicest restaurant but it's okay inside and overall it's a good last minute or late night meal!

I gave this place a second chance. Usually, I don't once they mess up. But I thought maybe it was the worker or just an off day. Nope! They don't FUCKING care if they make a damn mistake! Not only do they not care, but they dont apologize OR fix it. I get mistakes happen... But when workers DO NOT CARE about their guests or making them happy, why bother even going?!

This place was absolutely filthy. Old rotting food on floor and all over counter. Rotten bananas in basket. Not sure why health department has not shut them down. Took pictures and will send to owner and health department.
