I was in the area for work and in search of a good panini. This place appeared as a popular choice on my Google search. The photos looked enticing, so I decided to give it a try, and I'm really glad I did. The person at the counter was incredibly friendly, and I ordered the Savona Panini, which was exactly what I expected. The menu is extensive, offering plenty of choices. I’ll definitely be returning regularly!

However, last night, I decided to give it another chance and was served by a waitress named Sarah (not sure about the spelling). She has been serving us for the past two years and is truly exceptional. I would return just to interact with her because she knows how to treat customers well and was genuinely apologetic about the circumstances that were out of their control. I also want to mention the food, which was incredibly fresh and delicious last night! La Bottega, my advice would be to maintain the quality of your food consistently and to give Sarah a raise because she is outstanding!

The service at this restaurant has significantly improved. It seems like there is a completely new staff in place. I can now highly recommend it. I reached out to the owner via email, and he promptly responded and offered to assist me. He's quite professional, and I really enjoy the food here. I decided to give them another chance and share my experience, as he might not have been aware of the issues that occurred previously. However, I did encounter a problem: at 8:20, the kitchen was closed despite the restaurant's advertised hours of operation until 9:00. I was even told they couldn’t make a panini for me, which I found quite disappointing.

I had the pleasure to eat in this original place, always immaculate, great parking is behind, I tried the paninis, salads, bread and cheese plate and wine. Everything's delicious! Also elegantly decorated and served. You will remain satisfied here!

Cory was very helpful showing me various vegetarian options since I'm vegetarian. She made me feel very welcomed an was extremely knowledgeable about the menu. I will be spreading positive things about La Bottega to my friends. Thanks Cory La Bottega for a great experience
