The food was flavorful but here’s why they lose a few stars with my first experience.The food finishing guy (the chef hands him the food to finish saucin wrapping etc had no gloves on, band aids, and licked his finger, he was alsoMessing around with other employees while customers were inside. Interesting concept, cool menu, great quality food and a reasonable price! If your a burger ? guy the the Janowski rocks. On my way to crab one right now.
Never really thought to grab a burger in a Japanese restaurant but I'm glad I did. The burgers here are fantastic and unique because they served on a rice bun. Don't let that deter you because it is really really good.
