I came here to use the Wednesday's BOGO Sundae Special. It was kind of warm in the store and I felt bad for the employees. It was pretty crowded in such a super small room. But overall, I would go back. The ice cream was delicious. View all feedback.
What Angelo Lugo doesn't like about Carvel:
Just ordered three dashers via grubhub. Upon delivery I was missing one item and the other two were unsealed in an open bag which must've tipped over at some point thus causing the content to splatter all over the inside of the bag. Oh and I actually received a phone call from carvel employee to inform me they were out of banana so we switched to another item however when I called back to explain I was missing an ite... Ice was good as ezpexted4.. the service of Chelsea was exceptional.

I called and asked if they had birthday cake ???? made out of ice scream, they didn?t know what I was talking about and later they didn?t know if they sold cakes at all. There?s a huge fridge at the entrance with cakes in them. I laughed, and then the girls there charged me $40 for a $17 cake.... don?t go here. Cold stone is around the corner.
