The restaurant was clean, but the service was quite slow. There seemed to be no sense of urgency in processing orders, even as people queued up nearly out the door. With only two staff members on duty, it felt a bit understaffed. However, the coffee was good. View all feedback.
I waited here for the bus and was pleasantly surprised by the enticing selection of delicious food. The woman with long hair and glasses was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service. I also noticed a young man engaging with vacationers during their meal and answering their questions about Lyme Regis. They seemed to genuinely appreciate the service as well.
The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the restaurant is dog-friendly, which is a big plus for us! It’s a fantastic spot for enjoying a drink and a snack.

The staff at this restaurant are fantastic and truly went the extra mile! I was very pleased with my experience. The drinks and cakes were beautiful, and I didn't have to wait long for anything. The tables were clean, and the restrooms were well-maintained. Overall, the prices were reasonable for Costa.
This is a fantastic spot for an early morning coffee. Gillie is a wonderful hostess, always greeting you with a warm smile and engaging conversation. I give it top marks—definitely a top-notch place. Highly recommend!
