Hardee's
Description
At this Hardee's location, recent experiences have left customers feeling disappointed. Issues with missing condiments and inadequate napkin supplies have frustrated patrons, particularly those using the drive-thru. The quality of breakfast items, specifically the biscuits, has declined, with many noting they’re now overly hard and unenjoyable. While some still cherish the made-from-scratch biscuits, service can be slow during peak hours, leading to long waits both to place orders and to receive food. Overall, the combination of service inconsistencies and product quality has diminished the reputation of what was once a favorite breakfast spot.

My husband ordered a double cheeseburger, and it was extremely disappointing. It didn’t resemble what was advertised at all. The patties were so dry that he struggled to swallow his food. He tried adding ketchup in hopes of improving the taste, but it didn't help. The food had an unpleasant flavor. I took a bite of his burger, and it was equally terrible. He couldn't even finish it. We won’t be returning to the Lyman Hardee's again.
I usually visit a Hardees every morning and I 've visited this particular one several times in the past. Today as I went through the drive thru, I ordered a breakfast platter and for the meat I ordered chicken. The lady running drive-thru informed me thatit would be a $3.00 upcharge which I said, I don 't care, that 's fine; however, I let her know that the Reidville Rd store didn 'tusually charge an upcharge. At this point this lady got a real bad attitude and made the statement Well, this ain 't ReidvilleRd. to which I responded, Is there a problem? Why the attitude? She proceeded to belittle me and told me that I was the onewith the attitude! I explained to her that I would take my business elsewhere, to which she responded, Well good! Bye! I meanreally, I 'm sure that Hardees didn 't teach their employees to act this way! I was very surprised to say the least! That kind ofattitude is not necessary and certainly not in the work place. She may have been having a bad day and I understand that;however, you have lost a customer for, at least, this location!
My French toast sticks were as tough as solving a complicated math problem. It was my first time trying them, and they were disappointing. The eggs were also as cold as Canada in December.
I visited the drive-thru today, and Courtney was in charge of taking my order. Unfortunately, she appeared to be in quite a bad mood. It would be wonderful to have someone with a more cheerful demeanor in that role. On the bright side, the lady who processed my payment was very pleasant. Additionally, my food order was accurate.
This restaurant is disappointing. I came in, ordered food, and never received a receipt. After what felt like an eternity of waiting, I decided to ask about my order. When it finally arrived, the food was cold. Although the manager was apologetic, I don’t understand why they would serve food that has clearly been sitting out. Instead of preparing fresh hash browns, they just served the stale ones. I will not be returning to this location. The one in Greer is much better! I understand that times are tough, but there is really no excuse for this.
