Just spent $17.80 AFTER COUPONS and it was so bad that the only thing anyone would eat were we shared the one large curly fries. Tried calling them and every time get messages saying mailbox full. Probably from complaints. The bread was so hard we could literally break a window and the meat tasted bad. Never again.
I got the bourbon smoke House brisket which was a great sandwich hands down but they forgot my napkins tho
The team member at the window was fantastic and incredibly patient! The food was perfect!
Order through drive-thru had crispy chicken sandwich asked for it fresh we waited of which was fine& to be expected got my food chicken was dark like they refried it...so it was either that or the grease needed to be changed. I didn't call or go back Ijust want go there again...this is a place I usually visit I'll go to another also...the cashier never smiled but and waschewing gum...NOT in food service that was just weird.
Currently eating here and it?s.. all over the place. Our order took forever to get and was wrong when we did get it. My fries had some kind of fuzz on them, my husband?s beef and cheddar didn?t even have the cheddar and the chicken nuggets were aboutburnt to a crisp. The employees are yelling and making weird noises at each other.. I just wouldn?t come to this one again.
