Tucker's Barbecue - Lyford

So disappointed with this today. took to our friends at VBMC and when they took them out all they saw was black buns... P

I was so disappointed. The food was good. But the service was non-existent. I literally had to get up to get everything myself. I had to get up a total of 7 time's to get my own stuff. I took pictures of all of the waitresses standing around checking on there Facebook status together. That literally went on for a half an hour. At one point I went to go get some sweet tea and I had to ask if I was supposed to get it myself. Mind you all the waitresses we're standing not but 3 feet away from me. It was so disrespectful.

Poor customer service when you call they have an attitude, servers poor communication .

Had some of Tuckers bbq at a wedding last night 11/11/17. Bbq pork with barbecue sauce and mash potato was super, but the broccolisaw was the home run! I'm from Starr County and will be going to Raymondville very soon to get that fix again!

I love Tucker's. I love the atmosphere, I love the servers and owners, and most of all I love the food. I will start out by saying I have a limited diet and if chicken is over cooked I can't eat it without getting sick. Thankfully Tucker's knows how to cook chicken without compromising taste and quality. My first visit was just last week, I ordered a sweet tea and we got the chicken plate with potato salad and mac and cheese. The chicken was so tender and juicy not a single spot of dryness. The BBQ was delicious, the mac and cheese was amazing. So cheesy but over cheesy. I will definitely be returning. Thank you Tucker's staff and owners. #buyshopeatlocal
