The food was unimaginative (smoked trout with cream cheese was one starter and relied very heavily on traditional dishes but without great execution. Wines (admittedly this is burgundy were on the expensive side, (a few more reasonably priced ones could surely be offered? . The cheese plate was also poor two extremely bland cheeses alongside some (better Epoisses. Why can there not be at least a little choice? Definitely not going back.

The Bistrot offers a set menu and a limited a la Ca... read more We had an evening meal on the Terrace of The Bistrot Du Morvan which is one of two restaurants at the hotel. The Bistrot offers a set menu and a limited a la Carte menu. We had the two course menu for €19. There were only two choices for starter and two for main but both were very good. The service was good and the surroundings were very pleasant. The house wine was very reasonably priced. All in all a good meal. Would definitely come here again.
