World Café - Luzern

This cafe sits under the extended roof of the conference centre, looking out onto the lake. Hence, if you want to get out of the sun (as we did) then its a good option with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.It offers cafeteria style self-service and has many long tables (particularly inside) for group seating although it gets busy during the main mealtimes. We selected a couple of wraps and beers - reasonably priced considering we were in Lucerne! Food was very tasty and we enjoyed the whole experience. Staff were very helpful and english was spoken fluently.

This was an excellent place for us to grab food on the go and yet enjoy the flavours... Strategically located.

Während eines Kongresses im KKL hatten wir wenig Zeit für das Mittagessen. Im World Café war das kein Problem! Das Angebot an vorbereiteten Gerichten war voll nach meinem Gusto! Von asiatisch über Paella zu Vegi war Alles dabei. Ich komme wieder!

We stopped here for coffee and drinks. Since the weather permitted, we sat outside and thus enjoyed the gorgeous view over the lake and mountains in the backdrop. Our waitress was ever so friendly. We had coffee and iced teas and I loved that they brought us delicious little chocolates. Wonderful experience.
